JACKSON, Wyo. — Seasonal ingredients featured in creative dishes and signature cocktails prove that The Kitchen is time after time, a culinary gem of Jackson Hole.
Offering an elevated and warm dining experience, guests can delve deep into a menu of modern American cuisine with a comforting twist.
From the beginning, Bar Manager Kristen Hawley’s carefully curated cocktail menu invites guests to indulge in something familiar, but different; setting the scene for what’s to come when your dishes hit the table.

Hawley’s Winter Margarita is a crowd favorite. Featuring Lunazul Reposado, Campari, orange liqueur, lemon, lime and blood orange, it’s your classic margarita but amplified.
Easy-to-love is the Spanish Holiday, a playful rendition of a gin and tonic, made with Great Grey Gin, rosemary, tonic syrup and Cocchi float.
Smoke and Mirrors lives up to its name with Wild Common Mezcal Ancho Reyes, orgeat, yuzu, absinthe and a Tajin rim. And the Paper Plane offers refreshing flavor with Wyoming Whiskey, Aperol, Meletti and lemon.
Apart from specialty cocktails, guests can also enjoy white and red wines by the glass, beer, sake and cider.
When it comes to Executive Chef Joe Boyle’s dinner menu, the ornate presentation of each dish shines. But flavor is what steals the show.
The freshest fish, meats and seasonal vegetables join forces to excite the palate of every guest who can easily share their plates with the table or keep them all to themselves.

Beautiful textures and contrasting flavors meet in the Bison Tartare with smoked bone marrow aioli, pickled mustard seeds and rice crackers. The Muhammara, which is to be enjoyed with warm toasted baguette, brings together red pepper, toasted walnuts, extra virgin olive oil and pomegranate molasses sprinkled with chunky briney feta cheese.
The Beet Salad offers a lighter dish with hazelnut, fennel, goat cheese and dill. The King Salmon is as unique as it is classic, with black lentils, swiss chard and a lemon caper relish.

Whether you’re tucking in for a lighter dinner or a hearty meal after a day in the cold, The Kitchen’s staff serves as culinary guides, transforming the experience to the guests’ desired experience and dietary preferences.
