JACKSON, Wyo. — Feeling the giving spirit this holiday season?
The First Baptist Church will be accepting donations of new and gently used winter clothing, survival gear and health and hygiene products on Wednesday, Nov. 29, from 3 to 6 p.m. Items are being collected for the Love Your Neighbor outreach event, benefitting Jackson’s unhoused and housing-insecure community members. On Thursday, Dec. 7, the community can access the donated items at the Teton County Library from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m.
TaskForce for the Unhoused and Spread the Love Commission will put on the event, where they will share information about resources for those facing homelessness and housing insecurity and distribute health and hygiene shower kits.
Only items listed below will be accepted. Items must be new or gently used, organized and complete. Items for children are not currently being accepted.
Clothing for men and women:

- jeans, pants and sweats
- sneakers and boots (with good tread)
- long underwear
- beanies
- scarves
- belts
- snow suits and pants
