WYOMING — Teton County’s Keith Gingery has been elected Commissioner of the Wyoming State Bar to represent the Ninth Judicial District.

Gingery currently serves as the County’s chief deputy county attorney for civil matters, and he will serve a three-year term with the Wyoming State Bar. The Ninth Judicial District consists of Fremont, Sublette and Teton counties.

According to a news release from the Wyoming State Bar, Gingery is serving his 12th year on the Teton County School Board and will be on the ballot again in November. He was a Representative in the Wyoming State Legislature for 10 years and served as Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee for many years. Gingery graduated from Jackson Hole High School and the University of Wyoming for both his undergraduate degree and law school.
