VICTOR, Idaho — The Kotler Ice Arena, operated by the Teton Valley Foundation, is thrilled to announce the launch of its 2025/2026 curling season. Bringing even more excitement, community, and friendly competition to the ice this winter. The season will feature league play, community “Explore Curling” events, and the highly anticipated 5th Annual Grand Teton Bonspiel, proudly sponsored by the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar.
Curling Season Kicks Off with the Grand Teton Bonspiel – From November 7, through Sunday November 9
The 2025/2026 curling season begins with one of the region’s most beloved curling traditions: the Grand Teton Bonspiel. From Friday, November 7 through Sunday, November 9, curlers from across the Mountain West will gather in Victor for a weekend of spirited play, camaraderie, and mountain-town hospitality.
Each team is guaranteed three matches, with championship games concluding by noon on Sunday. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or simply curious to watch the action, the Bonspiel weekend promises a vibrant mix of athleticism, fun, and community connection. Spectators are welcome—and they get in for free! No experience or equipment required—just bring your enthusiasm and a sense of adventure.

Curling League Returns — November 2025 through March 2026
Following the Bonspiel, the Teton Curling Club’s league play will take center stage. This year’s league runs from November 16, 2025 through March 15, 2026, featuring 11 draws plus playoffs—the longest season yet for curlers in the valley. Matches are held on select Sundays from 1:30–4:00 p.m. (exact times vary by team).
League Schedule:
Nov. 16, Nov. 23 | Dec. 14, Dec. 21 | Jan. 4, Jan. 11, Jan. 18 | Feb. 1, Feb. 15, Feb. 22 | March 8
Playoffs: March 15, 2026 | 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Registration Details:
- $1,100 per team (includes up to 5 players — 4 curlers + 1 substitute)
- Covers annual Mountain Pacific Curling Association (MOPAC) membership, allowing players to compete in bonspiels across the western U.S.
- Additional substitutes can be added for $50 each

Our ‘Explore Curling’ events are a fantastic way for people to discover the sport, have some fun, and become part of our friendly curling community.”
