JACKSON, Wyo. — The Town of Jackson (TOJ) Engineering Department announced that a crack sealing project will cause driving and parking disruptions on W. Gill Ave. on Friday, Aug. 23.
According to Town, traffic control and flaggers will allow vehicle traffic, but there will be no parking along the street. The work is estimated to be completed by the end of day on Friday.
Motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians are advised to seek alternate routes in the vicinity of this construction activity. Once the crack sealing is complete, the signs will be removed, and the street will be open to parking. Travelers are to obey all construction notification, detour and parking restriction signage as it is there for driver safety and the safety of the construction workers.
The TOJ is crack sealing in preparation for its larger chip seal project, which is treating streets throughout Jackson on different dates.
The Town of Jackson thanks residents for their understanding and apologizes in advance for any inconvenience.
