JACKSON, Wyo. — Craft beer industry pioneers Sam Adams and Dogfish Head are joining forces with Wyoming trailblazer Roadhouse Brewing Co. for a “Craft Beer Classics Reimagined” beer dinner.
Chock full of fantastic food and beer pairings from the three featured breweries, guests will enjoy five courses including dishes like crispy pork belly and apple salad, house-made gnocchi with poblano béchamel and pulled duck, topped with pickled red onion and crispy leeks, and more.
The unique experience will take place on Thursday, March 9 at Roadhouse Pub & Eatery. Seating begins at 6 p.m., while dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. Seats are $95/each and include all food and drinks (tax and gratuity not included).
