JACKSON, Wyo. — The musical lineup for the 2026 Teton County Fair concert has been agreed upon by County officials.

According to staff documents from the Board of County Commissioners’ Tuesday meeting, Commissioners approved contracts for Molly Tuttle to perform as the opening act and Charles Wesley Godwin as the headliner for the 2026 show. The concert will take place on Wednesday, July 22. Teton County’s Public Information Specialist Kristen Waters told Buckrail that though the contracts have been approved, they must still be signed by the artists.

The main musical event at the county fair takes place on the first Wednesday of fair week at the Rodeo Arena. Past acts have included Charley Crockett, Futurebirds, Flatland Cavalry, Ian Munsick and Jamestown Revival.

In the Tuesday meeting, the Commissioners unanimously approved the two contracts brought forth by the Teton County Fair Board. The two separate agenda items were added to the consent agenda, which allows the Board to approve multiple routine items at once without lengthy discussion and public comment periods. Anyone present at the Board’s voucher meeting can request that an item be added to the full-scope agenda for discussion and public comment.

Godwin has been to Jackson recently. He headlined the first night of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s (JHMR) Rendezvous Fest in 2025 on Town Square. In March, Godwin will be supporting the Turnpike Troubadours during their stops in Utah and Idaho. On July 19, he will play the Under the Big Sky Festival in Whitefish, Montana. A YouTube video of Godwin performing his song “Lonely Mountain Town” in the Bridger Gondola at JHMR last year has received over 11,000 views.
