JACKSON, Wyo. — There is still time to provide feedback on the draft Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) via Teton County’s online engagement site and at a second public meeting this Wednesday, Dec. 13 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Teton County Library.
According to the County, the presentation will provide a high-level overview of the draft plan and residents can meet with staff and the consultants on the WQMP project.
Over the past two years, Teton County has been working with the Town of Jackson, Teton Conservation District and Protect our Water Jackson Hole (POWJH) to develop the draft WQMP for the community.
The draft plan was made public during a presentation on Nov. 15. Since then, the public has been able to review the draft plan, watch the recorded presentation and provide feedback by accessing the County’s public engagement site.
For those not able to attend this Wednesday’s meeting in person, they can view the meeting HERE. Public comment on the WQMP will remain open via Teton County’s engagement site until Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024, at 5 p.m.
