TETON VILLAGE, WYO – The 12th season of the free, family-friendly Concert on the Commons will wrap-up this Sunday. The triple-bill will feature two stellar local acts—Lonesome Gold and Isaac Hayden—as well as Boston-based cover band, The Experts.

Isaac Hayden is an understated Teton County songwriter that chased his dream across the country to Nashville for eight years and played shows all over the country before circling back to the Tetons. His soul-pop-folk sensibility is cushioned by a smooth voice that can capture a room, and songwriting chops that showcase his melodic strengths.

It’s no surprise that Hayden landed on season three of NBC’s a cappella talent competition, The Sing-Off, several years ago as one member of a nine-person group of Nashville singer-songwriters that called themselves The Collective. Further opportunity in Music City positioned him for opening slots for Keb Mo’, Blues Traveler, Martin Sexton, Fitz & The Tantrums, Rickie Lee Jones, Tony Joe White, and collaborators Sam & Ruby, the latter of which aided Hayden with recording sessions. He was twice selected on Nashville WRLT Lightning 100’s ‘Artist Of The Week,’ spinning songs from his 2014 eponymous album in the popular radio station’s rotation.

Teton-based groove rockers Lonesome Gold released a debut self-titled album of original material in 2020, featuring the songwriting of vocalist-guitarist Casey Jack Kristofferson, the grooves of drummer-percussionist Liam O’Neill and bassist-vocalist John Gallagher, and a one-song cameo by guitarist-vocalist Isaac Dun—who was added as a permanent member the same year. Kristofferson departed for Nashville in 2021, and a shift in personnel now features keyboardist Galen Karnatz (of Sghetti) rounding out the quartet. Keyboardist Mike Patton, who also played on the debut record, will fill-in for Karnatz at this Sunday’s show. The Lonesome Gold sound is rooted in aggressive rock ‘n’ roll, with a recent shift toward a more jam-groove mentality.

The Experts “is an eight-piece band that plays the classic rock covers that you never hear bands do. From Boston to Eagles, Toto, Beatles, Pink Floyd, Rush, Led Zeppelin, Doobie Brothers, Eric Clapton, Allman Brothers and much more. Any band that has the nerve to call itself ‘The Experts’ had better deliver results right? While it’s true that all the band members have the kind of pedigree that earns them the moniker, the name came from an inside joke at rehearsals. This band is primarily the vision of its leader, Jim Latorre. The resumes and accomplishments of the individual musicians are far too numerous to list. Stylistically, the band draws most of its cover repertoire from popular songs from the late 1960’s through 1970’s. With 4 singers and 4 guitarists, the band can cover a lot of ground most bands can’t.”
