JACKSON, Wyo. — Teton Behavioral Health Alliance, an initiative of the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, has opened its 2026 Community Behavioral Health Needs Survey. Those 18 years or older who live and/or work in Teton County can participate in the survey, which will close on Saturday, Feb. 7.

The confidential survey will take participants around 10 minutes to complete and will ask about community connections, quality of life, mental health needs and substance use.

Survey results help identify community mental health needs and will assist in guiding funding priorities. Findings from the survey will be published on the behavioral health dashboard. Results will also be used to track changes in mental health needs over time and provide insight into future behavioral health strategies.

“Collaboration allows us to better allocate resources and build capacity into our systems to create an efficient, effective and sustainable behavioral health model our community members deserve,” Clinical Operation Manager of Behavioral Health at St. John’s Health Lindsay Long said on the wellness dashboard website. “The data is one step closer to being able to understand the behavioral health needs of our community, so we can respond promptly and effectively.”

Those interested in taking the survey can do so here and are encouraged to share the survey widely with friends and family. The survey is available in both English and Spanish.
