JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Children’s Learning Center’s foot-fancy fundraiser “Dancing with the Jackson Hole Stars” is over and the official tally is in. The two-night event at Center for the Arts held October 20-21 raised $238,665.
The event is modeled after the hit ABC show “Dancing with the Stars.” Seven teams were paired with a professional choreographer and spent months perfecting a three-to-four-minute dance routine. Audience members and the public at large watching at home via livestream voted with their donations.
Money raised through DWTJHS supports programs and services critical for children birth through five including our community’s at-risk and low-income families, Head Start/Early Head Start, children with special needs, and full day inclusion programs that prepare kids for success in school and life.
