VICTOR, Idaho — Victor residents and community members are invited to an informational open house regarding the proposed Sherman Park Workforce Housing Development on Thursday, May 23.
The event is an opportunity to learn more about the project directly from city staff and the developer team, and it will take place from 12 to 7 p.m. at Victor City Hall, located on 138 N. Main Street.
The Sherman Park Workforce Housing Development is a 90-unit residential project planned for a three-acre site at the northwest corner of Baseline Road and Agate Avenue in Victor.

- 55 income-restricted units (ranging from 80% to 120% of area median income)
