JACKSON, Wyo. — The Teton County Health Department’s Community Health Outreach Worker (CHOW) Program will provide support with medical financial hardship applications and community resources navigation on the second and fourth Friday of every month.

Connecting with CHOW will take place in Study Room 5 at the Teton County Library from 2 to 5 p.m.
