He spends his free time with his family and friends fly fishing, skiing, mountain biking, motorcycling, snowmobiling and playing basketball.

Tom Hedges was raised in the mid-west and attended the University of Iowa before spending time working in Europe, Colorado, California and Chicago. In 2013 he accepted a position with Vail Resorts Development Company and worked to assist in the redevelopment of the Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club. Thereafter, Tom was involved in the development of the White Buffalo Club, Fireside Resort and Wheelhaus Inc. Tom is also an owner of Cabin & Company, a local property management firm, and Conestoga Ranch, a glamping resort located in Bear Lake, Utah. The mountains have called John McNaughton’s name since his first ski trip to Red Lodge as a child. After graduating college from Columbia University and Hamilton College in 2000, he was finally able to answer their call. After a number of years in the service industry, with a brief stint on the other side of the Yellowstone Ecosystem in Montana, real estate presented itself as a way to support his growing family. Starting as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser gave John the background and overview to property all around the Jackson Hole area. Joining Brokers of Jackson Hole Real Estate in 2015, John brought a high level of teamwork, service, and providing a personal touch to his clients. In his free time you can find John skiing, camping, or biking with his wife and 2 children, or playing/coaching hockey at one of the area’s indoor or outdoor rinks. John also has donated countless hours to the Jackson Youth Hockey program over the last 5 years as a coach and serving on the Board of Directors.

Cabin & Company will now operate solely as a property management and vacation rental representation firm in both Jackson Hole and Teton Valley and separate to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Brokers of Jackson Hole Real Estate. Kelly Akin is the Responsible Broker for both firms in Wyoming.
