JACKSON, Wyo. — Ever wanted to be a judge on Top Chef? Well, it’s not quite national television, but The Four Seasons is bringing back their Chef’s Test Kitchen this autumn. From September 23 to December 13, they will be offering a 4 for $40 menu. Help the kitchen staff perfect their winter menu by testing a different four-course menu each week. Guests will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite dishes and leave ideas and feedback for the chef. The top dishes with the most rankings will be put on the winter menu. This is a great time to try tasty food and participate in menu creation!
