BONDURANT, Wyo. — UPDATE 9:30 p.m.: The road is now open in both directions.
US 191 in Hoback Canyon is closed between Hoback and Bondurant due to an avalanche.
The avalanche is at milepost 147, near the entrance of Hoback Canyon on the Bondurant side.
One vehicle is trapped.
According to WYDOT, all lanes of traffic are blocked.
An estimated reopening time is unknown.
UPDATE: The Canyon has been reopened.
