JACKSON, Wyo. — WYDOT is still on schedule to close Teton Pass at 2 p.m. today, and announced another closure at 10 p.m.

No parking is already in effect as of 8 p.m. yesterday.

WYDOT says to be prepared for the potential of a prolonged closure. Changing weather and avalanche conditions could force an earlier closure or keep the road closed for longer.

Winter storm conditions will create hazardous travel conditions over the next two days on highways leading in and out of Jackson. Be prepared for additional road closures.

Avalanche danger is high today at high elevations.
