TETON VALLEY, IDA – The back-and-forth courtroom drama surrounding accused murderer Erik Ohlson has taken yet another turn.
Teton Valley News is reporting defense lawyers for Ohlson have filed a motion to withdraw his previous motion of April 17 to withdraw his guilty plea. Ohlson had confessed to shooting his girlfriend Jennifer Nalley at his arrest in July 2016 (later thrown out on a technicality) and again in February 2019.
Sentencing is scheduled for May 9.
