WILSON, Wyo. — Traffic on WY22 crawled through Wilson on Thursday morning, June 5, and the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) offered up an explanation.

According to the agency, a cabin that was being relocated via large truck ran into some trouble.

“It fell off the trailer several times,” WYDOT posted to Facebook. “When it got to the Snake River Bridge construction site and continued to have issues, WYDOT and Ames Construction assisted by removing concrete barrier and providing a temporary parking area for it until the mover can continue. Traffic was held up and was starting to move again as of 8 a.m. It will take some time to clear the congestion. Thank you for your patience.”
