JACKSON HOLE, WYO – County coroner Dr. Brent Blue confirmed a woman found deceased in her car this morning on Elk Refuge Road died by her own hand.
Rachel Rafferty, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene. She died of a single gunshot wound to the head.
Rafferty is most recently from Colorado Springs, Colo. She was new to the area.
