JACKSON, Wyo. — Two tracks appeared on the legendary “Taco Bell Couloir” this morning. Named for the fast-food chain, the highly visible ski line can be accessed by the private Saddle Butte Drive and empties out at Flat Creek, right behind where a Taco Bell once resided.

According to the Teton County MapServer, the “couloir” is on town-owned land bordering the state of Wyoming land, but access to the run from saddle butte road is privately owned.

There is no evidence of how the two skiers made it onto the patch of snow,  they could have hiked. The polarizing south-facing line is located in critical wildlife habitat, tracks can be seen in the snow, potentially from grazing elk or deer.
