JACKSON, Wyo. — Plein air music will be coming to Grand Teton National Park (GTNP) on Monday, July 7.

Grand Teton Music Festival’s On the Road series brings live classical music to Teton County at free concerts. Violist Rita Porfiris and violinist Anton Miller will bring music — inspired by national parks from around the world — to an outdoor concert at the Murie Ranch in GTNP at 6 p.m.

The two musicians will play commissioned works by living composers on GTNP’s most historic front porch. The program will feature works by Anne Guzzo, based in Wyoming, and other American composers, such as Elena Ruehr, Ken Steen and Stephen Gryc.
