TARGHEE, Wyo. – Live music, brats, and more beer options than you’ll know what to do with. Head to Grand Targhee Resort on Saturday, September 14 from 12-5 p.m. for the Fourth Annual Oktoberfest. The Hoff Band will play from 1-5 p.m., with polka lessons every hour and a chicken dance. And don’t miss the Gelande Quaff on the Trap bar deck at 5 pm. Other activities include Hammer Schaglen or stump, Masskrugstemmen (Stein-holding competition), strongest bar wench, Tug-O-War, and a best-dressed contest (men, women, kids, and pets divisions). The Teton Raptor Center will hold demonstrations for folks of all ages from 12-2 p.m.

$10 gets you a 10 oz mug, and tastings cost $3. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Teton Valley Community Animal Shelter. Participating breweries include Grand Teton, Wildlife, Snake River, Sierra Nevada, Roadhouse, Melvin, and Stillwest Breweries (and more!).
