WYOMING — Outgoing Sen. Cynthia Lummis and current Sen. John Barrasso have endorsed Rep. Harriet Hageman to take over Lummis’ seat in the U.S. Senate.

Hageman announced her campaign in December. She has also been endorsed by President Trump.

“Harriet is one of the most prepared and engaged people I know — she never backs down from a fight and never stops working for the people of Wyoming,” Lummis’ Thursday statement included. “I have no doubt she’ll be an outstanding Senator. I’m proud to join President Trump in endorsing her in this vital race.”

Barrasso appeared alongside Hageman in a social media video posted Monday.

“Harriet has spent decades fighting for Wyoming, pushing back on federal overreach, and delivering real results,” Barrasso posted.

Election day is Nov. 3.
