JACKSON, Wyo. — The Lucas Ranch will be moving cows on Spring Gulch Road from Bar BC Ranch Road to Zenith Drive on Sunday, June 11.

According to Rita Lucas, the cattle drive will likely be in the road by 8:30 a.m. and done by 10:30 a.m.

Drivers should expect delays and slow down when approaching and passing the cattle. The University of Wyoming recommends keeping speeds under 10 mph when encountering a cattle drive, since cows have less traction on roads and are unable move quickly to dodge a vehicle.
