JACKSON, Wyo. — Get out those picnic blankets and camp chairs and head to the Center for the Arts Amphitheater for Teton County Library’s final story slam this summer.
On Monday, Aug. 12, the library will host its last Outdoor Cabin Fever Story Slam of 2024, with the theme of “dilemma.” The event starts at 7 p.m.
Stories must be true, personal, no more than five minutes long and should relate to the theme. Participants’ names will be drawn from a bucket to determine who will get a chance to perform. Winners will receive a prize.
Those who prefer not to get on stage can still participate by submitting mad libs that will be read allowed between stories.
Like all library events, the story slam is free and open to the public.
