JACKSON, Wyo. — The Jackson Police Department (JPD) is investigating a missing person’s case, the agency announced via social media.
Mike Pursel, a 65-year-old white male, has not been heard from for about a week, concerning his family and friends. According to JPD, he does not have a fixed residence in Jackson. He was last known to be working in a hotel downtown. He last posted on social media on Saturday, Sept. 23.
JPD says that Pursel’s phone goes directly to voicemail, which is not usual for Pursel, according to the party that reported his absence.
