MONTANA — A jogger in Glacier National Park was running with two other joggers Saturday morning when she accidentally collided into a young grizzly bear, according to the Glacier National Park Service.

Once the jogger made contact with the bear, both tumbled down the trail, got up, and the bear ran off when they untangled.
“(The) bear and woman are ok. Injuries to the woman were caused when they collided and tumbled off the trail,” the park service said on their Twitter account.
After the incident, the runner was able to walk back down the trail and meet rangers at the trailhead. From there she was transported to a regional medical center to treat minor injuries.
Park rangers put a “bear frequenting” sign at the trailhead after the incident.
