Rendezvous Mountain Rentals in Jackson is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Housekeeping Trainer & Performance Manager to support our Housekeeping team. This is a full-time, year-round leadership role responsible for supporting Room Inspectors and housekeeping staff through hands-on training, performance oversight, and quality control. This position plays a key role in reinforcing housekeeping standards, developing and maintaining training materials, conducting inspections (including high-end and owner-occupied properties), and supporting daily operations. The role also provides secondary office coordination coverage when needed and supports the Director of Housekeeping with reporting, documentation, and operational follow-through.

Tributary seeks an experienced Food and Beverage Director to lead our team in creating exceptional dining experiences for our members and their guests.   With two newly renovated restaurants and an eager, talented staff, this role will be an integral part of Tributary’s rapid growth and program innovation, helping maintain a thriving team and deliver memorable experiences.

 The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise, refined service standards, exceptional leadership, and creativity to a culture-centric environment in partnership with multiple stakeholders.  This position will drive and evolve programming and event development with an entrepreneurial spirit, participate in club amenity design review, and execute strategic plans that further establish Tributary’s food and beverage program as approachable and memorable while engaging and developing the team.  

The Sous Chef works closely with the Chef de Cuisine and the Executive Chef to maintain the highest quality and standards in the kitchen’s daily operations.  This position also has an active role in the management and development of Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and all hourly team members. The Sous Chef will be responsible for holding the BOH team accountable for inventory and order standards.

• 3+ years of experience in culinary leadership and fine dining
• Certification in a hospitality-related field, or equivalent (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating and communicating across teams
• Excellent food & beverage knowledge
• English fluency and Spanish a plus

The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting and advancing the execution of the Foundation’s marketing and communications strategy. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role assists with planning, coordination, and implementation of high-impact marketing, communications, public relations, and special events that promote the Foundation, including Old Bill’s Fun Run, Initiatives, and Grants and Programs, and operates within the Foundation’s established policies and procedures.
