The Gifts and Records Coordinator plays an integral role in coordinating the Museum’s development efforts, working closely with the Director of Development and Chief Financial Officer to process gifts and memberships and generate financial reports. The Executive Director leads Visit Jackson Hole with strategic oversight and guidance from Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board Members to execute on the organization’s mission and vision. This role is responsible for long-range planning, fiscal oversight of an approximately $6M budget, staff leadership, policy development, and community engagement—ensuring destination promotion is balanced with responsible tourism and stewardship goals. The Executive Director serves as the primary liaison to government entities, industry partners, community stakeholders, and the media, while guiding marketing, partnerships, destination stewardship, and day-to-day operations.
