JACKSON, Wyo. — Don’t get too comfortable with the unseasonable warmth. This week is likely to bring weather that makes a little more sense for this time of year.

The National Weather Service (NWS) is calling for rain this evening, mixing with snow after 11 p.m. After midnight, the snow level is expected to drop from 8,200 feet to 7,500 feet, according to the forecast for Jackson as of Monday afternoon. Little to no snow accumulation is expected in the valley, per NWS. Expect a low of 34°F.

On Tuesday, chances for rain and snow showers continue, with the possibility of thunder in the mix. New snow accumulation of less than a half-inch is possible, NWS predicted. Wednesday and Thursday look similarly cold and snowy at this point.

Remember: The NWS forecast is ever-evolving. Keep an eye on the Jackson outlook here.
