JACKSON, Wyo. — The second Saturday of May is just a few days away, and Energy Conservation Works (ECW) is excited to celebrate and host the 2022 EcoFair with you this Saturday, May 14 from 12 to 5 p.m. at the Center Lawn at the Jackson Hole Center for the Arts.
Approximately sixty regional businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies will showcase their sustainability initiatives and sell their eco-wares at the event. This annual celebration of environmental stewardship and sustainability calls on community members to caretake this special valley through simple and thoughtful living.
EcoFair is a 100% Green Power event and also operates on a zero-waste model through both promotion and practice. EcoFair is the culmination of the Town of Jackson and Teton County Spring Clean-up Week, and partners with the Jackson Hole Rotary Club’s annual Spring CleanUp effort.
Fairgoers come out to EcoFair to learn about eco-friendly living and to be inspired to take their own sustainability actions. In the spirit of EcoFair, participants are encouraged to “BYO” water bottle/mug and walk, bike, carpool, or bus to the event. And remember, no dogs are allowed. Admission is free with a suggested donation of $5.
Energy Conservation Works would like to extend a special thank you to this year’s generous local supporters, including the JH Airport, Teton Conservation District, EcoTour Adventures, JH Travel & Tourism Board, and Teton County Integrated Solid Waste & Recycling.
EcoFair has been hosted and brought to you by ECW for the last decade, and has been a celebration in the Tetons for nearly 20 years!
Come visit ECW’s tent this Saturday to sign-up for Green Power and receive a free Snake River Brewing beer (current Green Power customers receive one free beer per household!), take advantage of your last chance to pick up your free Lower Valley energy efficiency kit, and learn about the new Jackson Hole Power Challenge!

The Jackson Hole Power Challenge (JHPC) is an online platform brought to you by ECW that gives you the tools & information you need to take real actions to reduce waste, lower emissions, and create a brighter, more resilient future for our community
Join us for the lunchtime webinar where we will discuss how to sign up and use the JHPC website to:
- Complete your home energy profile to understand how & where you use resources.
- Choose actions that work for you & complete them to earn points for every kWh or gallon of water saved.
- Share your wins on the leaderboards, invite family & friends, and build a community of change
Sustainability Series began in 2012 with the realization that there were many overlapping outreach events between similarly-minded organizations. This is when Yellowstone-Teton Clean Cities began to partner with Energy Conservation Works and Integrated Solid Waste and Recycling to put on a monthly series, highlighting local sustainability efforts with the intention of providing information and resources for anyone to add sustainability efforts to their life.
If you attend all three Sustainability Series events, you are eligible to win an embroidered Stio Backpack!
