JACKSON, Wyo. — The Community Foundation of Jackson Hole (CFJH) has launched the 2024 Nonprofit Compensation and Demographics Surveys, which will aid local nonprofits with evaluating staff compensation, budgets and the implementation of diversity within an organization’s working structure.

The first of the two questionnaires is the 2024 Nonprofit Compensation Survey, which is a resource for reviewing employee compensation and budgets.

CFJH recommends that a knowledgable staff member (e.g. Executive Director, CFO or Board Chair) should participate in this survey, which takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Only organizations that complete the survey will have access to the Nonprofit Compensation Reports published this spring. Organizations with and without paid staff are invited to participate. Participation is limited to nonprofits based in Teton County, and only one survey is to be completed by each organization.

The other CFJH 2024 survey is the Jackson Hole Nonprofit Demographics Survey.

The report generated from this survey will aid the Community Foundation in understanding the diversity of identities within the nonprofit sector, help the Foundation shape programming and support partner organizations in meaningful, relevant ways. It will also assist individual nonprofits in assessing diversity within their own teams.

All Jackson Hole nonprofit staff, contractors and board members are invited to complete this survey, which takes approximately five to 10 minutes.

Submission deadlines for both surveys is Friday, March 8 at 5 p.m.

Both surveys are administered every two years by a third party on behalf of the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole. Individual responses are confidential and not linked to the participating organization. Both reports will be made available to the public this spring.
