VICTOR, Idaho — The City of Victor is pleased to invite residents and community members to an Open House on Wednesday, Jan. 14, from noon to 5:30 p.m. at Victor City Hall. This event will provide an opportunity to learn more about the City’s proposed wastewater treatment facility, ask questions, and share feedback.
The proposed facility will be designed by Sunrise Engineering, a firm with extensive experience in municipal infrastructure projects. The design will be modeled after a successful facility in Garland, Utah, also engineered by Sunrise. Garland’s plant was the first in Utah to implement AeroMod’s innovative Sequox® Process, which offers:
- Compact design (7,300 sq ft footprint)
- Treatment capacity of 0.45 MGD (million gallons per day)
- Advanced nutrient removal meeting stringent nitrogen and phosphorus limits
- Energy efficiency and expandability
- Cost-effective construction completed under budget despite supply chain challenges
Garland’s facility serves as an excellent model for Victor due to its similar size and complexity, discharging treatment capabilities, and sensitivity to nearby residents. Like Garland’s plant, Victor’s proposed facility will prioritize energy efficiency, expandability, and compliance with permitting requirements.
Why attend?
- Learn about the proposed design and technology
- Understand how the facility will benefit the community
- Ask questions and provide input to city officials and engineers
