The masterminds behind Wilson’s popular Streetfood are at it again, bringing the flavors of their Victor-based breakfast eatery to Jackson for the winter. With the closing of Elevated Grounds, a void has been left to fill for those looking for a pre-ski coffee and pastry fuel up on their way to the Village.

“About a month ago we were approached with the idea to fill the coffee-void on the West Bank,” said Amelia Hatchard, co-owner and manager of Streetfood, Butter and now Butter 2 along side husband Marcos Hernandez. “We finished renovations (of the old Ski Barre space) on Friday and opened Saturday,” she said with a look between excitement and surprise. “It’s been a fast turnaround.”

brought over to feed Village commuters and West Bank inhabitants. Other grab-and-go options include freshly made butter and jams made by Hatchard, salads from Streetfood, fresh-pressed juices from Healthy Being, and other tasty on-the-run eats.
