JACKSON, Wyo. — On Sunday, Dec. 21, starting at 4 p.m., the Jackson Hole Community Band and Music Land Youth Orchestra will put on a free holiday concert at the Center for the Arts Theater.
Principal Director Caitlyn Falco, Assistant Director Cheryl Delong and Orchestral Director Vince Gutwein will lead the performance. This year is the fourth in a row that the Community Band has paired with the Youth Orchestra for a holiday show.
“There’s plenty of sparkle, a little drama, and moments that feel like standing outside on a quiet winter night when everything is still except the snowflakes,” the Community Band shared in an announcement.
The Community Band recommends making a night of the music, suggesting attendees take a stroll through downtown Jackson to take in the holiday lights, grab a hot drink and make dinner plans for after the performance.
Donations of nonperishable food will also be accepted at the event to help local families in need.
