  • Sales Specialist – As a part of the Sales Team, the Sales Specialist is the primary Coca-Cola contact with the customer and is responsible for developing and managing accounts within a designated territory with the primary goal of maximizing sales and growing volume of Coca-Cola and allied brands to customers through developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring superior customer service.
  • Equipment Service Technician – As part of the Equipment Service Team, the Equipment Service Technician is responsible for assisting in maintenance, repair, delivery, set up, moving, and/or exchange of all Company beverage equipment to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. Equipment may include vending machines, coolers, restaurant fountain and coffee dispensing equipment.
  • SEASONAL Merchandiser –  As a part of the Sales Team, the Sales Merchandiser is responsible for the merchandising of products on designated routes in a continuous effort to provide superior customer service and maintain strong customer relationships. The Sales Merchandiser maintains product availability and stocks and merchandises products at all designated accounts, including ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, displays and vendors are completely filled according to company standards.
  • Route Sales Driver – As a part of the Sales Team, the Route Sales Driver is responsible for sale and distribution of products on designated routes in a continuous effort to provide superior customer service and maximize sales & volume growth through developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Route Sales Driver also ensures product availability at accounts, including ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, displays and vendors are completely filled according to company standards.
  • Route Sales Trainer – As a part of the Sales Team, the Route Sales Trainer has responsibility to train and develop Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country’s sales team including full on-boarding of new employees in all sales, delivery, customer service and sales operations processes. Additional responsibilities including on-going development of incumbent sales team members to maximize sales skills of each employee and increase synergy within the sales teams.
  • SEASONAL Route Sales Driver Trainee  – As a part of the Sales Team, the Route Sales Driver Trainee is responsible for learning techniques of developing sales, distribution and merchandising of products on various routes in a continuous effort to provide superior customer service and maximize sales & volume growth through developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Route Sales Driver Trainee also learns the elements of maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts, including ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, displays and vendors are completely filled according to company standards.
