‘Tis the season: from winter to roadwork

JACKSON HOLE, WYO – For those still in town over the next few weeks of spring break: enjoy the open streets, but watch for roadwork in town.

The Town of Jackson’s Public Works Department will be conducting road repair on selected streets in town over the course of the next couple of days. Currently work crews are focusing their attention on Flat Creek Drive near the Fairground parking lot. Motorists will encounter one-way traffic while this road work continues. In the next day or so, work will shift to repairs on Glenwood and Deloney, near The Wort Hotel.

It’s no secret that heavy snowfall and rapid melting have beat up town streets pretty good. Public Works is requesting the public use extra caution when encountering work crews and to use care when passing.

For more information, contact Josh Frappart, associate engineer, at (307) 733-3079 x1413.
