UPDATE: 8\/4\/19 - The New Fork Fire has been contained at approximately 1.2 acres. The fire started yesterday near the Boy Scout camp. Local fire assets and US Forest service assets including a quick attack helicopter were used yesterday. Many of those assets have been released from the scene as of yesterday afternoon. The fire is not been declared out as of yet. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.\r\n\r\nThe Sublette County Sheriff\u2019s Office reminds the public to be careful fire conditions are present in much of Sublette County and we have already had two fire like this so far. Be fire aware and make sure your camp fires are always out!\r\n\r\nUPDATE: From BTNF - Update on the New Fork Fire. Crews have completed a line around the fire. Size mapped at 1.185 acres and no new growth is expected.
