The Mangy Moose Steakhouse has an immediate opportunity for an experienced culinary professional. If you have several years of progressive culinary career growth, this could be an excellent position for you. You will support all aspects of our kitchens with a commitment to training, supervision, and leadership for all culinary team members. You will be expected to contribute to creating a courteous, friendly and professional environment to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded at every opportunity. You will report to, and work with, Chef Wenceslao Sandoval, one of the best and most experienced Executive Chefs in Jackson Hole. This is a full-time salaried position.
