Everyone’s favorite apres spot and one of Jackson’s most iconic restaurants is looking for an Executive Chef to oversee dinner service.

An American steakhouse since 1967, the Mangy Moose is consistently rated one of the top restaurants in Teton Village. As a seasonal business, Mangy Moose is busiest in the winter and summer months serving over 500 covers nightly. Private events and parties are an essential component of the business. We are looking for an experienced professional who has demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef in a large scale restaurant operation. The right candidate will need to be passionate about good food, a leader in the kitchen, and, have a high degree of competence, steadiness, and, talent.
