SNAPPED: Wreck in the canyon

JACKSON HOLE, WYO – A commuter said she fell asleep at the wheel early this morning on her way to Jackson when she veered off the road and plowed into an embankment.

The single-vehicle accident happened around 9am on Highway 26 in the Snake River Canyon nearer to Alpine. The driver’s identity is not known at this time but she was not seriously injured.
