Sub-Adult Grizzly crosses between cars in Grand Teton National Park
JACKSON, Wyo. — A Sub-adult Grizzly causing quite the bear jam in Grand Teton National Park. With hundreds of cars passing through, it didn’t take long for things to get backed up. Park Rangers and Wildlife Management making sure everyone kept a safe distance allowing the bear to cross.
Everyone wants to see a grizzly when visiting the parks, but it’s important to follow protocol and maintain a safe distance of at least 100 yards from bears and wolves and 25 yards from all other wildlife.
With more bears frequenting roadsides it’s important for motorists and bikers to be alert and always keep an eye out.
