JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Here are some recent calls for service in Teton County/Jackson from the dispatch log. Names may be withheld at the request of law enforcement. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filing from the Teton County Attorney’s Office.
Male victim reported that he was robbed of $320 cash by another male with a knife on a local street corner while walking home from a friend’s house early in the morning. Case under investigation.
Report of an intoxicated female in front of local business. Two Officers responded to check on the female and found her to be under the influence of alcohol that rendered her incapacitated. The female was arrested and booked into jail for public intoxication.
Multiple police responses to a local employee housing complex over the course of the summer for noise disturbances resulted in two citations for breach of peace.
Traffic stop for 42 in 30 zone, K9 deployed, K9 indicated, marijuana located and passenger issued a citation for PCS/Marijuana.
Clothing stolen from unattended machine at laundry mat.
Subject passed out due to alcohol intoxication in running/parked vehicle. Subject contacted by police, became uncooperative and resisted arrest. Subject arrested for DWUI and Interference with Police Officer.
Male passed out on a bench in front of the Cowboy. Male was heavily intoxicated and was unable to stand without leaning on a wall or railing. Male was arrested for Public Intoxication.
Two subjects contacted for intoxication reasons. Subjects could not provide a proper address or cooperate with getting a ride. Both arrested for PI.
Subject issued citation for false ID when trying to enter a local bar.
20-year-old male went to the Cowboy Bar with parents. Male presented fake identification to the bar staff. Male cited and released on for Fake ID to procure alcohol.
Officers on investigated the odor of marijuana near a hotel. A man was located that had marijuana and was issued a citation for possession of controlled substance.
Father and two sons told to leave the bar by staff because one son refused to show ID. They refused to leave and a fight ensued. All three arrested for criminal trespass.
Hit and run collision occurred overnight in a local motel parking lot.
Male subject violated civil court document when he took property which belonged to female party. Case forward to CA for review and prosecution.
Subject received an old voice mail message while clearing data from phone. The subject has a recent protection order against the person leaving the voice message. The message was not threatening, but the subject wanted it documented.
Destruction of property. Victim’s car dented on both sides while left in a parking lot.
Shoes were stolen from the women’s locker room at the rec center.
Bicycle left outside residence was taken by unknown person. No witnesses or suspects.
Found wallet, owner identified but not yet located.
Officer initiated traffic stop for speeding. Driver arrested for DWUI.
A man was found sleeping on a sidewalk. The man was intoxicated to a degree that he was unable to care for his own needs and was arrested for public intoxication.
