JACKSON, Wyo. — Here are some recent calls for service in Teton County/Jackson from the dispatch log. Names may be withheld at the request of law enforcement. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filing from the Teton County Attorney’s Office.

Comments: It was reported to Police that a door was damaged in a manner that could have been an attempt to break into the location. The damage was consistent with normal wear to a door. Information only.

Comments: Officers stopped a vehicle for running a red light at W Broadway and Pearl St. Subsequent investigation led to the operator of the vehicle being charged with DUI, and Possession of a controlled substance.

Comments: Neighboring county contacted local Police for assistance in locating an individual with a warrant. The individual was located and placed under arrest. The warrant was confirmed, and the neighboring county contacted.

Comments: A silver Mongoose bicycle was found by Cottonwood Park and was taken for safe keeping.

Comments: Officers dispatched to bar for a disturbance. While speaking with bar staff, Officers advised by bystander of a fight in progress out front of the bar. Both parties involved were separated and arrested without incident.

•JUVENILE PROBLEM – OTHER PROBLEM
Comments: Officers responded to a report of altercation at a local hotel. Officers arrived on scene and an investigation was completed. It was discovered there had been an altercation earlier. While on scene it was discovered that one of the parties who were involved was a minor who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. The minor was arrested.

Comments: Local resident reported a broken window. Officers investigated and found the window was damaged for an unknown period of time, and nothing else was damaged or missing. The investigation is ongoing.

Comments: A local male was reported missing by his roommate after he did not come home at night and did not show up to work the following morning. Police are following whatever leads they can to locate the missing person. The missing person was found.

Comments: Local resident reported a collision hit and run. Officers arrived on scene and gathered available evidence. No video footage was available. The investigation is ongoing.
