Comments: Business and housing owner had rent money stolen from lock box on outside of business. No known suspect at this time. Investigation to be conducted.

•DUI – ALCOHOL
Comments: Person was reported to be driving in the opposing lane eastbound on roadway. The person then got stuck in city snow removal operations and backed over a sign. Officers contacted the driver and he had objective signs of intoxication. The driver failed FST’s and was arrested. Portable Breath Test indicated .213.
W Broadway Ave/N Cache St
•TRAFFIC ACCIDENT – HIT/RUN, VEHICLE DAMG
Comments: Parallel parking hit and run collision. Investigation reveals no reportable damage.
•ANIMAL CRUELTY – ANIMAL CRUELTY
Comments: Officers responded to Motel 6 for a report of animal cruelty. Interviewed suspect report unfound.
N Glenwood St/Browse n Buy
•CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE – MARIJUANA, POSSESSION
Comments: An Officer walked by a parked vehicle and smelled the odor of Marijuana. The Officer made contact with a male and female inside the vehicle and eventually discovered two small containers of Marijuana and paraphernalia. The male was cited and both were released.
•ASSAULT – SIMPLE ASSAULT
Comments: A man reported that he was assaulted by another man at a local bar. Due to conflicting witness statements, the conflicting stories of the involved parties, and lack of physical evidence, Officers did not cite or arrest a suspect.
•DOMESTIC PROBLEM – FAMILY OFFENSE, OTHER
•FAMILY DISTURBANCE – FAMILY DISTURBANCE
Comments: Victim reported physical domestic violence and displayed multiple visible injuries. Suspect interviewed and taken into custody.
•DUI – ALCOHOL
Comments: Responded to a REDDI report. Officer located vehicle and the subject inside. Subject displayed signs of intoxication and was later arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Breath test result .14%.
