Police Log: Recent calls for service

JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Here are some recent calls for service in Teton County/Jackson from the dispatch log. Names may be withheld at the request of law enforcement. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filing from the Teton County Attorney’s Office.

Comments: A man was reported to be intoxicated at a gas station. The man got in his vehicle and began to drive away when Officers arrived on scene. The man was pulled over for a traffic violation and was found to be intoxicated, he was arrested for DUI.

Comments: Officer went to local trailhead area to look for campers and found a car that planned to camp. Owner was found to be in possession of THC products and was cited for them.

Comments: Officers were advised of an intoxicated driver proceeding south bound on Jackson Ave. Vehicle was located and a traffic stop was initiated. Driver was found to be intoxicated and arrested for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Comments: A vehicle was taken from the Jackson Airport parking lot. The vehicle has been located and was taken by a local business by mistake.

Comments: Intoxicated subject asked to leave motel. Subject gets cab ride to other motel. Has no money for cab fare or motel room. No where else to go, no money to get motel. Arrested for Public Intoxication.

Comments: Police responded on a call for service of possible domestic violence. A male and a female were both contacted at the dispatched address. The female half stated she was in a verbal argument with the male half and admitted to slapping the male. The female was cited for unlawful contact and released without further incident.
