Pizza tonight! It’s for your kid’s teeth

JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Teton County School District No. 1 has again partnered with the Kiwanis Club of Jackson Hole, Delta Dental, and local dentist offices to offer “Healthy Smiles for Teton County Kids” today and tomorrow.

Delta Dental has provided free toothbrushes, toothpaste, and dental floss for students. Local dentists and hygienists are volunteering their time to conduct dental screenings for up to 400 students at Jackson Elementary and Colter Elementary schools. Students identified as needing additional dental services will be referred to area dentists where the Kiwanis Club of Jackson Hole will cover all, or a portion of, the costs through funds raised during the fall Kiwanis Follies as well during an upcoming fundraiser at Hand Fire Pizza.

TCSD#1 is thankful to the generosity of these community partners to ensure our students are healthy, which dramatically improves their ability to learn during the school day.

Kiwanis Fundraiser: Hand Fire Pizza. Tuesday, February 13 from 5-9pm.
