One dead on pass following street sweeper accident

UPDATE 5 p.m. Aug. 25, 2020: The worker who was killed has been identified.

JACKSON, Wyo. — According to the Teton County Sheriff’s Office, a female believed to have been in her 50’s was hit by a street sweeper on Teton Pass the afternoon of Monday, Aug. 24.

C.P.R. was started but was unsuccessful. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Wyoming Highway Patrol is currently the investigating agency.
