The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce is hiring a part-time Membership Coordinator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Membership program functions, including communications with interested members, member onboarding, and member outreach.
- Online advertisement assistance, including managing the renewal calendar, reviewing ads, making website updates when appropriate, and potentially working directly with members.
- Oversee the Chamber’s eCRM databases – iDSS and ChamberMaster – including data management, report creation, and data entry.
- Collaborate with staff and contractors to publish our annual Explorer travel planner magazine.
Other duties as assigned.
Duration: 25-30 hours per week year-round – part-time non-exempt, hourly position
